Method
- Cut the halloumi block in half.
- Coat halloumi slices and Portobello mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Heat grill to high heat – about 450 degrees.
- Place halloumi slices and Portobello mushrooms on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, lightly toast brioche buns.
- Assemble halloumi and mushrooms on burger.
- Enjoy!
